The strengthening of the body
We will start with isometric and dynamic tension exercises. Aerobic exercises will increase your stamina as well as get oxygen rich blood to the larger muscle groups in the body. Dynamic stretching exercises will increase your flexibility and improve your posture.
For the mind and spirit
Innovative Martial Arts Academy will teach you a blend of concentration, breathing, and awareness exercises. These exercises are designed to sharpen your senses and reflexes while allowing you to learn to relax from the stressors of daily life!
