Bootcamp

This is our most aerobic class.  It’s a blend of kickboxing and self-defense.  You get the workout of a kickboxer without getting punched like one.  We use heavy bags, focus mitts, Thai pads, circuit training, partner-oriented drills and plenty of plyometric exercises to get you sweating.  Self-defense is never pretty and it’s always close and personal.  That’s why we learn to fight in the close quarter range, the place where most martial arts schools shy away from.  After a little time in our class, you’ll be better prepared than most people who spend years training for an altercation.
