You never know when you’ll find yourself in an unsafe situation; if you do, your ability to safely protect yourself and get away from that moment could make the difference between life and harm or even death.
On Friday, February 21, at 6:15pm, Innovative Martial Arts Academy Instructors, Charles and Katherine Falk, want to help you avoid danger AND give you tools to fight back should DANGER come to you. This class consists of being able to spot trouble coming and avoiding it. We also will give you simple, but effective techniques and tips to fight off an attacker and get away! The cost is ONLY $40 and registration is limited to 20 participants.
Following the classroom portion, we will have a question/answer-social time with light HORS D’OEUVRES and WINE! Talk about a perfect ending to a really good time!
We’re committed to teaching women of all ages how to defend themselves if the situation ever arises.
We will teach you:

Great school with wonderful teachers. My daughter has a great time learning and everyone is friendly. There is even an adult class that allowed me to try to see if I liked it and everyone was very patient with me. I am thankful to have my daughter be a part of the Innovative Martial Arts Academy in Wake Forest and know she is benefiting from it in more than one way. It amazes me how fast she is learning and how hard she is trying. They have her trying to develop at her fullest with her mind, body, and spirit. I would recommend this school to anyone interested in martial arts.
